    Ireland is home to a growing number of tech companies and is the EMEA headquarters for many of the world’s leading tech firms.?There is a growing need for highly qualified and competent engineers to work in these organisations.

    DCU, in conjunction with Skillnet Ireland,?have developed three innovative, part-funded Master’s programmes?in the areas of?AI, IoT and Blockchain to meet this need.

    MSc in Blockchain (Distributed Ledger Technologies)

    Blockchain is one of the most exciting emerging areas of technology and has the potential to disrupt traditional practices across a wide range of industries. It has real-world applications from data protection and security to cost efficiencies and transparency. Blockchain skills are in high demand and Blockchain specialists are needed now nationally and internationally more than ever.

    MSc In Computing (Artificial Intelligence)

    Artificial Intelligence (AI) is one the fastest and most exciting areas in ICT and it has the potential to positively transform all aspects of our lives, from Autonomous Vehicles to improved healthcare services.

    In recent years there has been an exponential growth in the application of AI in operational settings. As a result, there is a strong demand for graduates with the highly specialised multi-disciplinary skills that are required in AI, both as practitioners and as researchers.
