Employment Permit Guidelines

Before applying for a job in DCU please check your eligibility to work in Ireland. Most non-EEA nationals will need to have an employee permit to work in this country. 

It's important to learn about types of employment permits that might be required and any other relevant Visa information. We have a dedicated employee permits page to support you in this process.  

Garda (Police) Vetting of Staff

Garda vetting applies to anyone who will have regular access to children or vulnerable persons in the course of their employment at DCU.
