Dr Leah Ridgway joins the School of Electronic Engineering at DCU
The School of Electronic Engineering at DCU are delighted to welcome Dr Leah Ridgway as she takes up the position of Assistant Professor within the school. Leah comes from the University of Nottingham where, as Faculty Director for Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, she led them to achieve a Gold Athena SWAN Chartermark. She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) and has extensive experience in teaching observation and feedback to support colleagues in gaining teaching qualifications recognised by the Higher Education Academy.
We are very excited to have Leah join us on our BSc. in Global Challenges Team of which Leah says "the Global Challenges programme is a truly unique course which I'm excited to be a part of as we work to produce graduates who will make a real impact on the world for the better".
