We are delighted to invite you to the final meeting of our project, Culture on Prescription Europe. Throughout our journey, we have explored the transformative power of cultural activities in promoting well-being and social inclusion, and we are excited to share our findings with you.

Join us as we delve into the impact of Culture on Prescription initiatives, learn from our experiences, and engage in discussions on the future of cultural prescribing. Together, we will celebrate the success of our project and chart a path toward harnessing culture's full potential in supporting health and well-being for all. There will be input from artist and Facilitator Susan Leen and project participants.
