Obtaining a Parking Permit at Dublin City University (DCU) as an Age-Friendly University Student

Step 1: Go to the Parking Permit Site

Visit DCU Parking Permit Site.

Step 2: Log in

• ´ó·¢ÌåÓýÔÚÏß_´ó·¢ÌåÓý-Ͷע|¹ÙÍø "Log In" at the top right.
• Select "Login with Edugate" and use your DCU staff or student credentials.

Step 3: Register Personal Information

• Hover over your name and select "Account."
• Enter your name, email, and phone number.
• If you prefer not to use your address, enter "DCU" in Postcode and Address Line 1.

Step 4: Register Your Vehicle

• Go to the "Vehicles" tab and click "Add Vehicle."
• Enter your vehicle registration. You can register up to three vehicles but only one is active.
• To change the protected vehicle, use the "Bookings" tab and update it under the "Actions" bar.

Step 5: Obtain Your Permit

• Go back to the homepage, click "View Tariffs," and select Age-Friendly University (AFU) Student Permit 2024-2025 (3 Month Duration)
•  Assign your vehicle and proceed with the payment process. It will cost €2 for 3 months. 
•  ´ó·¢ÌåÓýÔÚÏß_´ó·¢ÌåÓý-Ͷע|¹ÙÍø "Next" to view the summary and "Apply" to complete your order.

Step 6: Purchase the Permit

• Once confirmed, complete the payment to secure your permit. An email will confirm your order, and your vehicle will be registered for parking.
