Tai Tan Mai obtained his PhD at Dublin City University, funded by Irish Research Council. He also got a full scholarship from the Irish Government to pursue his M.Sc. in Business Information Systems from University College Cork in 2016 where he graduated as a top-performing student in the class. Before working and studying in Ireland, Tai was a university lecturer as well as had years of experience as the Developer & IT consultant for Business Process Management solutions in the banking & financial industry in Vietnam.
His research interests include data mining, learning analytics, process mining and complex systems.
