    The Library partners with a number of other DCU Units to provide a range of additional services in the Library. 

    Information Systems Services (ISS)

    ISS Desk will help you with: 

    • All your IT problems or questions - for example email and password problems, network issues, retrieving lost files, hardware problems
    • Multi Factor Authentication
    • Eduroam access
    • Loop access
    • DCU apps
    • Your questions on printing, photocopying and scanning on the multifunction devices
    • Any problems with your SafeQ account 
    • Managed by ISS staff

    Maths Learning Centre

    The Maths Learning Centre's role is to provide free extra informal support in a welcoming environment to all undergraduate DCU students taking a mathematics module as part of their degree programme.

    The Centre is located on the ground floor of O'Reilly Library, Glasnevin campus. 

    Writing Centre

    The Writing Centre offers guidance with academic writing to all undergraduate and postgraduate students through the provision of online writing resources, live workshops and individual appointments.

    The Centre is located on the ground floor of O'Reilly Library, Glasnevin campus.

    SensusAccess

    SensusAccess is an automated document conversion service that allows you to convert your readings into formats that are more useful for you or easier to work with such as MP3 files, E-books and Digital Braille books.

    You can use SensusAccess to convert your

    • Slides & lecture notes
    • Scanned PDF documents
    • Pictures of text captured with your smartphone
    • PowerPoint presentations
    • Journal articles
