Dr. Diarmuid Torney delivers talk at Dept of Foreign Affairs and Trade as part of their ``Global Ireland Policy Series``

Dr. Diarmuid Torney, Assistant Professor at Dublin City University, gave a talk to Irish diplomats at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Ireland on Climate Action in China and India and its implications for Europe on 1 May.

Also present at the occasion was Tim Mawe, Deputy Permanent Representative at Permanent Mission of Ireland to the UN.
