Dublin City Council councillors participate in DCU School of Law and Govt. Irish Political System module panel discussion

Cllr. Noeleen Reilly, Cllr. Paul McAuliffe and Cllr. Andrew Montague of Dublin City Council participated on Wednesday 14 November in a panel discussion for the LG 108 Irish Political System module held in Dublin City University.

The councillors answered questions about their role as councillors, the possibility of a directly-elected mayor in Dublin, and the challenges facing Dublin City Council in its efforts to develop a civic plaza at College Green. Students actively engaged with the councillors and joined the councillors for a coffee and broader discussion after the panel discussion.
