Academic biography

Paula Murphy is a lecturer in the School of English in DCU, teaching and researching in the areas of literary theory, film and modern Irish literature. Paula is currently researching representations of artificial intelligence in film.

Research interests

Research interests include literary theory, especially postmodernism and posthumanism; Irish literature and film post 1990; film and technology and short film.
