I opted for Mechanical and Sustainability Engineering due to the burgeoning need for sustainable engineering solutions in our contemporary world. I firmly believe that transitioning towards sustainable practices is imperative to create a world less dependent on finite resources. The SSE course has granted me invaluable insight into the mathematical and theoretical aspects of sustainability. Collaborating with like-minded individuals has been instrumental in maintaining my motivation and determination to excel in this field.
The thermo fluid dynamics boat project provided a firsthand understanding of designing an efficient vessel, elucidating the challenges inherent in the design process. Additionally, delving into data analytics has underscored the significance of data analysis in today's world, igniting an interest in this area that I might not have discovered otherwise. Furthermore, grasping electrical power and electromechanical systems has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of motors and systems that will undoubtedly benefit my future endeavours.
