Introduction to Psychology July - August 2025
DCU in the Community is delighted to offer a 5-week Introduction to Psychology course to the community. Psychology is currently one of the most popular subjects within the community, across all ages and backgrounds. Psychology is a wonderfully varied subject, allowing students to focus on many different areas of psychology from social psychology to clinical psychology. This Introduction to Psychology course invites those interested to learn about psychology; what it is, how we analyse it and how psychology can be found in so many areas of our lives.
This course is offered free of charge. We recognise that exams and tests can be stressful, and can take away the enjoyment of learning at times. As this is a non-accredited course, there are no exams or assessments. Participants are invited to come and learn and engage in conversation around the fascinating subject of psychology.
