Andrew O'Shea
Dr
Andrew is lecturer in philosophy of education and human development. He is currently the Subject Chair of Human Development an interdisciplinary subject on the BAJH, that combines psychology, sociology and philosophy. He teaches in both Humanities and Education while his primary research interests are in the areas of childhood studies,ethics, and identity and dialogue. One of the first graduates of human development in Ireland, he is a strong advocate of cross-disciplinary dialogue that generates both creative and scientific methodologies while enriching understandings of human development for individuals in global and historical contexts.
