Year Three Exhibition
Year 3 students of the Church of Ireland Centre at DCU Institute of Education have exhibited examples from their local projects in the ground floor area of the Cregan Library on DCU St. Patrick's Campus, Drumcondra. The local projects were undertaken during a recent School Placement in primary schools in home localities. Year 3 students adopted an integrated approach to work undertaken with children with a particular emphasis on SESE science, history and geography.
Year 3 planned a variety of methods teaching and project based learning and investigated aspects of the environment local to the school placement school. The children conveyed their project information in many interesting ways ranging from posters, timelines, project diaries to craftwork and model making.
The projects can be seen up to the week of the 29th January in the Cregan Library. All are welcome!
